HOW TO UNLOCK ALL THE CARDS IN THE DECK

Trick to unlock all cards to use them in deck for homecity shipments.
Its a simple trick.. follw these steps:

  1.           Go to  “My documents/My games/Age of Empires3/savegame” folder 

       2.            Find for “sp_name of homecity_homecity” like sp_london_homecity.

       3.            Open this file in text editor like notepad or notepad+.

       4.          Go to line “ <skillpoints>xx</skillpoints>"

       5.             Instead of xx write the desired level say 99.

       6.             Save it .

       7.             Run Age of empires.
  8.            You will see that you have 99 unlock points in the game as shown.

                            

      

            Now you are able to unlock all the cards in the deck .

            After this you will have to active these cards in build a deck.
